Datu Khalid Salipada Pendatun, organized the Muslim-Christian Guerilla Movement in World War II, later known as the Cotabato-Bukidnon Force He led the Battle of Maguindanao against the Japanese.Governor of an undivided Cotabato, 1944-1945. He was Senator of the Republic (1946-1951, 1969-1972). Speaker Pro-Tempore of the House of Representatives, 1962-1967.
